Recording anyone or anything on camera without publicly written notice is illegal and is invasion of privacy.
Person(s) must be warned before, during and after any video recording made of specific individuals.
Hense the reason you see at many stores, "This premises is protected by CCTV" or, "This building is monitored by Closed-Circuit Cameras"
You cannot record even a voice conversation without letting the other person know you are doing so BEFORE you do it.
Another example, many phone services have a pre-recorded message stating that the conversation may be recorded for quality assurance, or safety reasons. Or whatever the wording may be.
