I purchased a Toshiba PDR-M70 from a friend who is currently searching for the software that goes with it. Is there anywhere on the web I can find the software for downloading. I checked Toshiba's site and found upgrades but not original software. If I download the upgrade, will it load the complete version or will it search for existing software to upgrade?
Where can i download software for a camera i purchased from a friend?
This link may help them:
http://www.toshiba.com/taisisd/isd_svc/s...
Or, search for "PDR-M70" on this page:
http://www.toshiba.com/taisisd/isd_svc/s...
And this appears to have a fair amount of information:
http://www.toshiba.com/taisisd/isd_svc/s...
The bad news is, you friend may just be out of luck. The following text appears on the link above:
- Drivers
Drivers for connecting the digital camera to the computer are included on the CD ROM. The CD also contains a special version of the award winning Image Expert from Sierra Imaging.
(**apparently this is the software yiou friend is looking for**)
Replacement CD ROM's are available for purchase. Please use part number 23062004. This CD contains drivers for Windows 98/NT/2000 Professional and Apple / MAC.
(**note, they offer to SELL replacement CD's - maybe this is a small fee?**)
Good luck!
Reply:it will load the upgrade and not the original software.
Do they list a contact number for Toshiba...you may have to call them and buy a disc to get what you are looking for.
Reply:There is a lot of websites, I recommend you
