How to export software from India (legal formalities, custom requirements and any other legalities).?

Hi, I've seetup a small software firm to provide ITES services to companies in Europe.





I would like to know wht are the legal formalities involved in doing so from the point of view of documentation reqd. to custom formalities and how payment will be realised for the same.

That is going to vary by how "sensitive" the software is.. IE dual-use (militray and private sector). We need more information, as there is no "standard" way to do it...
Reply:You'll have to look at the import requirements of each country. They all have different custom %26amp; excise taxes and different importation procedures and embargoes.
