Is there a free software that allows you to rip scenes from a DVD into your Videos folder?

I am looking for any free downloadable software that lets the user download scenes from a DVD when in the computer. So as to add them to your "Documents" or "Videos" folder. Any good suggestions?

DVD Decrypter is free, just google search for it, I'd prefer using cucusoft DVD converter, my friends recommend it to me, it's not free, but it works really nice for me

But in my personal experience,the freeware always have some problems more or less.its qualityu can not be guaranteed
