well, i see all sorts of cool art made on computers and i wonder how they do it. i dont know much about computers or software or whatever, so plz use small words in your replies!
What is the best software/program for making computer art?
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, basically any of the adobe software is garunteed to be fantastic. its expensive though. i would also strongly reccomend using a mac and not a PC.

A lot of professional artists use 'Adobe photoshop' and 'Adobe illustrator' for their works, so you could check these out :) Knowing how to use the programme would be a different story altogether though.
Adobe illustrator is more for graphic designing though. For things like company logos, vector art and such. Photoshop can edit images and do digital painting and other stuff too :)
