What is the software that allows a computer technician to troubleshoot and fix problems remotely through?

internet? There are two computers involved. There needs to be software in both computers. Which company provides the software and where can we buy it? How do they train the technicians to use that technology? And where do they train them?

Reply:I use an application called Real VNC to do remote troubleshooting. The application needs to be installed on the computer that is being checked (as well as the machine doing the check). The application works as if the I would be directly there at the computer that is being diagnosed.
Reply:WebEx or RealVNC will do the trick, too.
