I want to be able to put 3-4 pictures on one page and add text (like for a birthday invite) and maybe cute decor around the outside. It would be nice if the software already had templates to place the photos in. Then I want to save the whole thing as a jpg to send off to winkflash/snapfish/kodak to have them printed. I know it's out there does anyone know the name of a software that can help me?

photoshop is probably the easiest - althought there are a few.. you should be able to download a free sample as well

you can try indesign or quark.. but photoshop is probably your easiest bet
